Little man had his 2 month needles this morning. He was all smiles during weigh and measure time and showing off to the nurses and doctor. He’s now 5.8kg and 61cm tall, in the middle of the growth charts for all measurements. Poor thing did not see what was coming. The biggest saddest screams I have ever heard from him. Lucky Mama could make it all better with some booby and cuddles. Gave him some panadol and his new toy for being a brave boy. He snuggled and fell straight asleep for the walk home. He’s fine now, acting no different to usual. Still my happy chappy :D
ohh i hated the shots :( and they never see it coming :( poor baby
ReplyDeleteYea it's so hard when they have them I remember being so shocked the first time Harper had his I went home and cried. :( It's never fun seeing them in pain but it does get easier.
ReplyDeleteI didn't think I would cry, but I must admit I had a little tear once home. I felt so mean cause that's exactly right, they don't see it coming at all then all of a sudden ouchies :(
